Equipment questions, corrections, and anything we have not covered yet.

Questions about a specific piece of equipment, a correction to a guide, or something we have not covered yet. All of it reaches the same inbox, and it is read by the person who writes the guides.

Please tell us your name.

If it is a fault, include your TV model, the soundbar model, which port they are connected through, and what the problem actually sounds like. That gets you a useful answer instead of a guess.

Please give us a little more detail (at least 20 characters).

What to expect

Most messages get a reply within two business days. Equipment questions with a make, model, and clear symptom description usually get answered same day, because there is enough to work with.

Corrections are prioritised. If a guide has a figure wrong, we would rather know today than let it sit there.

Worth knowing

We cannot diagnose a fault from a photo of the whole rack. What helps is the make and model of the soundbar, receiver, or TV involved, how old it is, what changed recently, and what the symptom sounds or looks like specifically.

What we do not do

We do not accept paid guest posts, sponsored reviews, or link insertions. Those requests are not answered, so please save yourself the message.

We also do not offer emergency support. If your system is dead right now, a local AV installer or a home theater forum will reach you faster than an email will.

Common questions

Most messages are answered within two business days. Equipment questions that include the make, model, and a clear symptom description often get a same day reply, because there is enough detail to work from.

Often, yes, if you give us enough to work with. Include the soundbar or receiver make and model, the TV it is connected to, roughly how old the setup is, what changed recently, and exactly what the symptom looks or sounds like.

No. AtmosWise does not publish paid guest posts, sponsored reviews, or link insertions, and those requests are not answered. Nobody can pay to appear in a recommendation here.

Tell us and it gets fixed quickly. Corrections are the highest priority message we receive. The guide is updated, the change is noted on the page, and the modified date changes.
